The simplicity and provision of friendly services of the State towards citizens, businesses and government officials is a bet for the government, Digital Governance Minister Kyriakos Pierrakakis said on Sunday in the Parliament, according to ANA.
“The simplification of the procedures is not only related to their digitization,” the minister stressed and added that it is also a series of actions aiming at transforming the citizens’ experience with the public.
