Online platform to set appointments for Greek civil services goes live

A new online service (iRantevou) allows citizens to set up appointments with services of the Interior Ministry as of today, May 19, ANA reports.

The new platform, inaugurated by Interior Minister Makis Voridis, currently serves only the Athens Registry and includes registration of births, marriages, and deaths, with options of changing or canceling an existing appointment. The platform also provides a list of the necessary documentation for the appointment day.

If for any reason someone cannot complete the process online at https://rantevou.ypes.gr, they may call the following line to do so, 213 1522522 (Monday-Friday, 08:00 to 13:00).

The ministry said that appointments for services will be gradually added for other ministries as well.
