The Hellenic Ports Association (ELIME) announced the upgrade of its Helpdesk service, which will now also be available through its official website (www.elime.gr). The new version incorporates a codification of the legislation concerning Port Funds, while in the context of future improvements, the use of artificial intelligence is also foreseen for faster and easier information search.
The Helpdesk, which has been operating since July 2024, has evolved into a key tool for ELIME members, providing immediate and documented support on issues of implementation of the institutional framework, interpretation of laws, ministerial decisions and circulars, as well as on issues of administrative management, concessions and licensing.
With the new online access, members will be able to submit electronic requests, which will receive a unique reference number and will be examined with priority. For complex cases, personalized support is provided.
ELIME aspires to make the Helpdesk a central point of reference for the daily operation and strategic development of Greek ports, promoting uniformity, efficiency and the exchange of good practices. At the same time, it aims to attract new members, so that all ports in the country have access to its services.
