The Little Giants of Miele are not a new product. They have been tested and have rightfully earned their place in the preferences of hoteliers, restaurant owners, catering professionals and caf?s for over 45 years with more than 1 million devices sold worldwide.
Ideal solution for limited spaces
In installations where large quantities of laundry must be thoroughly washed in a limited space, the Little Giants of Miele exceed expectations since they require no more than 0.5m². At the same time, energy and water consumption has been significantly reduced, and their operation is even simpler, thanks to a new touch display. Even at first glance, the high-quality stainless steel control panel immediately reveals that these are not domestic appliances. The quality and construction technology, above all, have been designed to meet significantly higher levels of usage intensity, as is usually the case in the tourism sector. The appliances are available in two series: the Performance series and the Performance Plus series, with capacities of 7 and 8 kg. Naturally, all models feature Miele’s stainless steel honeycomb drum, which offers up to 4 times longer fabric life.
Short washing times (49?) and drying (37?)
The Cottons 60°C washing program, with full load (7 or 8 kg) and hot water connection, lasts only 49 minutes. Despite the larger load, water consumption was reduced by up to 22% and energy savings reached 28%. At the same time, the company focused on reducing drying time: the Cottons “Normal Dry” program, with full load (7 kg), for the vented models now lasts only 37 minutes. The heat pump dryers require less than 60 minutes, or just two-thirds of the previous cycle time.
Miele has the highest spin factor g 704 on the market
Although the new Little Giants from Miele have 1600 rpm spin speed, this alone is not enough for perfect water extraction and therefore for less drying time and drying cost savings. Drying time is reduced thanks to highly effective moisture removal during spinning, now reaching a g factor of 704, the highest on the market.
A 3D off-center load sensor ensures smooth operation, despite the increased spin speed. This sensor stops the drum quickly when it detects load imbalance before reversing the direction of rotation and redistributes the laundry. At the same time, high-quality components, such as the stainless steel support of the drum shaft and the heating elements made from corrosion-resistant material, guarantee the longevity of the appliances: The new Little Giants successfully passed endurance tests equivalent to 30,000 operating hours.
Special program packages and features for tourism
Special program packages, such as the “Hotels” package (designed especially for room, restaurant, and kitchen linen), as well as programs for bulky fabrics and cycles for treating stubborn greasy stains, are included in the new control panels. The new models operate via a new, user-friendly control screen, available in up to 32 languages.

Large loads 10–35kg for short-term rentals: Benchmark Machines from Miele Professional
The Benchmark Machines washing machines represent Miele’s top proposal for washing linen loads from 10 to 35 kg, setting new benchmarks with the Performance Plus series, which requires much less electricity and water compared to conventional appliances.
