Six Merchant Marine companies move to Greece

Greece’s Marine Ministry approved the establishment of six merchant marine companies, three of which were based on the Marshall Islands and three in Liveria.

Under the Act, the following companies may operate management, chartering, brokerage in buying, selling building or chartering ships under Greek or foreign flag over 500 tonnage:

1) PIONEER CHARTERING SA (Marshall Islands)

2) GOLDEN ENERGY SHIPMANAGEMENT CORP. (Marshall Islands)

3) ALPHA GAS S.A. (Marshall Islands)

4) LIQUIMAR TANKERS MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC. (Liberia)

5) NEGOXYL SERVICES S.A. (Liberia)

6) AQUATERRA MARITIME S.A. (Liberia)
