The management of non-performing loans as well as the changes in the board of directors of Greek banks will be at the top of the agenda in the meeting between Finance Minister Euclid Tsakalotos and the head of the SSM’s Supervisory Board Danièle Nouy.
The changes to the bank managements must be carried out the latest by October, while the NPLs – which the new bank managements will have to address – is a central aspect of the upcoming second bailout program review.
The meeting between the two will take place in Frankfurt, where the European Central Bank is based.
