Intralot USA selected vendor for 10-year contract by Idaho Lottery

Intralot Inc., a subsidiary of Intralot Group USA, was selected by the apparent successful vendor for a ten-year contract to provide lottery gaming system services for the Idaho Lottery, during an open and very competitive tender.

According to Intralot, the contract has a starting date of October 1, 2017 and ends on September 30, 2027 and can be extended by up to two five-year terms.

The total value of the contract is estimated at 60 million dollars and concerns the provision of a secure central gaming system capable of delivering, managing, and accounting for all current in-state and multi-state Draw Games, inventory control and logistics for the full complement of Scratch Games, and other related services.

Intralot has been the State’s gaming provider since 2007.

“This allows us the opportunity to improve our technology, provide quality services to our players and retailers, and continue protecting the security and integrity of our games here in the Gem State,” said Idaho Lottery Director Jeff Anderson.

“There has been a tremendous amount of work and research done by all the parties involved during the process. I express my sincere gratitude to the members of the evaluation team for their conscientious work that resulted in this recommendation and to our valued industry colleagues who all seriously came to the table to earn Idaho’s business.
