Korres SA announced the acquisition of Calderdale Trading Ltd, parent of Backyard Design IKE -a strategic partner of Korres SA- for 120,000 euros.
Backyard Design is a company with activities in branding, corporate design, corporate and product communication, graphic & industrial design, merchandising unit design, store design, product packaging, web design, production of corporate, product, education and ad videos and related activities.
Korres SA will launch a 2.8-mln-euro share capital increase plan with the aim to support all acquired copmanies to safeguard their services in the framework of a cooperation agreeement signed with Avon. With the acquisition of Calderdale Trading Ltd, Korres seeks to achieve significant cost saving benefits and to further boost its corporate profile and communication activities.
