The compensation of Greek farmers affected by the recent adverse weather conditions is the priority of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, Minister Vangelis Apostolou said on Wednesday in an interview with the Athens-Macedonian News Agency’s radio station Praktoreio 104.9 FM.
“The Agricultural Insurance Organisation will proceed with the recording of the losses so that farmers can then submit the necessary documents in order to collect as soon as possible the compensation“, underlined the Minister.
