Eurobank on Friday unveiled it was in negotiations with Banca Transilvania as regard the potential sale of Bancpost S.A., ERB Retail Services IFN S.A. and ERB Leasing IFN S.A., its subsidiaries in Romania.
The details regarding the negotiations will be unveiled after finalising necessary steps and obtaining relevant approvals, Eurobank said in the announcement, adding that finalisation of the negotiations and analysis is expected at the end of October.
