The newly established Greek-Chinese Chamber of Economic Cooperation convened on Tuesday at the Port of Piraeus’ offices, with the port authority CEO, Capt. Fu Chengqiu, welcoming members of the chamber.
The upcoming “International Business Congress – The Belt and
Road Initiative”, which will be held in Athens next June, dominated the agenda of the meetings.
Chinese multinational Cosco purchased a majority share of the Piraeus Port Authority (OLP) in August 2016 and also assumed its management.
