The European Commission stands ready to support Greece in any way it can after the destructive floods in western Attica, its President Jean-Claude Juncker noted in a statement on Wednesday night.
“I am saddened to learn about the many people who have lost their lives and loved ones during the deadly floods affecting central Greece.
