The Hellenic Bank has announced that it entered into a deal to sell a non-performing loan portfolio of approximately 2,000, mainly non-retail loans amounting to €145 million to B2Kapital Cyprus Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Norwegian B2Holding ASA.
According to a press announcement issued by the Hellenic, the transaction will reduce its total non-performing exposures (NPEs) by 6.2% in absolute numbers, on the basis of the end-September 2017 financial results.
