The wage index in the retail commerce sector grew 8.3 pct in the first quarter of 2019 compared with the same period last year but fell 23.6 pct in comparison with the fourth quarter of 2018, Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Friday, according to ANA.
The statistics service also said that the employment index in the retail commerce sector dropped 1.0 pct in the first quarter of 2019 compared with the same period last year and eased 1.0 pct in comparison with the fourth quarter of 2018.
