Greek draft budget of 2020 will be submitted to the Parliament on Monday and will include all the tax cuts the Prime Minister has announced, while it will also provide for the target of a primary surplus of 3.5% of the GDP, int.ert.gr reports.
Nevertheless, according to EU sources, the Institutions note a budget deficit of € 1 billion and call on the government to cover it by October 15, when the draft will be sent to Brussels.
For its part, the Greek government aims to close all outstanding issues with the Institutions by December 4, at the Eurogroup meeting, in order for the decision to disburse the Greek bonds, to follow.
