10-year Greek state bond yield drops to new record low of 1.23%

Yields for the Greek 10-year benchmark bond fell to 1.23 pct, a new record low, on Thursday, according to ANA.

The Bank of Greece registered transactions worth 53 million euros, of which 36 million were buy orders. The highest-volume transaction was recorded for the 10-year bond with 21 million euros, at 1.26 compared to 0.40 pct of the corresponding German bond, resulting in a margin of 1.66 pct from 1.69 pct on Wednesday.
