Cosmetics, personal care and beauty products and children’s commodities saw the highest turnover rates in the first week of the market’s reopening after a two-month coronavirus shutdown, says a telephone survey carried out by the Athens Trade Association among 204 high street shops and businesses, published Saturday, according to ANA.
One in four Athens traders saw a 50 pct drop in revenues, while an 82.8 pct of stores recorded worse results compared to the same week last year. Only a mere 12.3 pct of traders witnessed sales growth trends.
