Reforms in Greece are necessary for the fastest possible recovery, and the Greek people are receptive to them now, Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister Aris Skertsos told the online Delphi Economic Forum on Thursday, according to ANA.
Speaking of the government’s efforts to improve the country’s competitiveness and investment rate, he said, “Continuing the reforms is a prerequisite to faster recovery, and I believe that the public is receptive to these changes as long as they are explained properly, there is transparency relating to the decisions and policies being planned and implemented, and (as long as) they are communicated across the groups they relate to in the proper manner.”
