There will be soon a new package of support measures for businesses, Finance Minister Christos Staikouras and Shipping and Island Policy Minister Giannis Plakiotakis said on Monday, while taking part in the board meeting of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ANA reports.
Staikouras stressed that “for 2021 we had budgeted measures to support employees and companies amounting to 7.5 billion euros and the measures have already exceeded 11.6 billion euros, while the [cost of all] measures that have been taken so far amounts to 35.6 billion euros.”
