The Program concerns two destinations: a) Municipality of Istiaia – Edipsos, b) Municipality of Mantoudi – Limni – Agia Anna, as well as two calendar phases: a) Phase 1 – November 2025, b) Phase 2 – September-October-November 2026. More specifically, to submit an application digitally, interested parties follow the following steps:

They register their contact details, namely their e-mail address and mobile phone number, which they then authenticate via a hyperlink and a one-time password (OTP – One Time Password) respectively. It is noted that since citizens have already registered the relevant details in the National Communication Registry (EMEP- emep.gov.gr), these are automatically retrieved and they do not need to proceed with any other authentication action.
Immediately afterwards, they declare the destination of their choice, as well as the phase or phases they wish.
Finally, they responsibly declare that they do not fall into any of the ineligible categories of beneficiaries within the framework of the action and select “Submit”, completing the application submission process.
It is noted that the “North Evia Pass 2025” has no income criteria and those citizens who are entitled to apply are:

•They are tax residents of Greece, based on the last cleared personal income tax return for the tax year 2024

•They themselves or their beneficiaries do not have Evia as their main residence, as shown by the last cleared personal income tax return for the tax year 2024, and
