The President of the Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos sent a message of hope and stressed the importance of defending mankind, from the the metropolitan church of the Presentation of the Lord in Kalamata.
After the church ceremony on Saturday evening,he commented on the symbolic and religious aspect of the resurrection of Jesus Christ and expressed his hope that it would provide enlightenment for all humanity, especially the European family, alluding to the drama of the refugee crisis.
