The Greek Foreign Ministry in an announcement on Monday recommends to Greek citizens to avoid travelling to Congo in the current period provided of the fragile political condition that prevails in African country.
The Foreign Ministry also calls on Greek citizens that are already in Congo to be calm, to avoid moving in public areas and to contact the Greek embassy in Kinshasa that according the conditions will examine the possibility of evacuation.
To Greeks that permanently reside in Congo, the Greek foreign ministry recommends to get informed on the developments and to be in contact with the Greek embassy in Kinshasa.
