Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias will take part in an international conference on the Middle East problem taking place in Paris on Sunday and then travel to Brussels for the EU Foreign Affairs Council on Monday, where he will brief his EU counterparts on the results of the Geneva meeting on the Cyprus issue.
The EU foreign ministers will also discuss Syria and the Middle East peace process, exchanging views on EU foreign policy priorities in the first half of 2017 with emphasis on the western Balkans, Turkey and the EU’s global strategy.
