Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos reiterated his message towards Turkey to fully respect the Treaty of Lausanne noting it is not logical to doubt it in any way, during an event on Tuesday declaring him an honorary citizen of Sofades, a town near Karditsa.
“We send a message towards every direction that we, Greeks, are determined and ready, based on international and European law, to defend fully and effectively our sovereignty, our territorial integrity and our borders, therefore the sovereignty, territorial integrity and borders of the EU,” he said.
