Turkish hackers claim they attacked and took down Greek PM’s website

Turkish hackers claim they took down the website of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras; this is the news making its rounds on Turkish media.

Turkish hacker group Aslan NeferTim says that “it is our duty to respond to Greece’s reaction to the reading of the Quran in Hagia Sophia. Tsipras don’t be surprised, don’t make us lose our patience.”

At the same time, the team of Turkish hackers are celebrating on the internet with messages that read “Hagia Sofia is ours”…

The Maximos Mansion confirmed that the site was out of operation, but noted that there is no evidence of Turkish involvement.
