Lebanon and Cyprus aim to enhance their cooperation, new Ambassador of Lebanon in Nicosia, Claude El Hajal, has told CNA, adding that Cyprus will give assistance to Lebanon in the field of exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, in addition to helping the Lebanese army by providing ammunition worth over 20 million euros.
In an interview with the Cyprus News Agency, the Ambassador noted that Lebanese are investing in real estate in Cyprus, in the hotel industry, and in the banking sector. She also pointed out that the trilateral cooperation among Lebanon, Cyprus and Greece aims at contributing to regional peace.
