German Ambassador to Greece Jens Ploetner paid an official visit to Syros on Thursday, accompanied by the Honorary Consul of Germany on the island Nikos Gasparis, ANA reports.
The mayor of Syros Giorgos Marangos briefed Ploetner on the recent court ruling approving the shipyard’s restructuring plan, which ratifies the change of ownership as well as the immediate transfer of the shipyard’s shares to the Greek-American company ONEX.
