Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is scheduled to take part in a virtual European Council taking place via teleconference at 11:00 on Friday, which is to focus chiefly on the Recovery Fund and the measures that must be taken on a European Union level to address the pandemic, ANA reports.
This will be the first discussion held by EU leaders on the 750-billion-euro recovery fund, along with a proposal for a 1.1-trillion-euro EU budget for 2021-2027 but the plan must be approved by all the member-states.
