Greek State Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis on Monday clarified that a cabinet reshuffle is not a government priority as “there is a mountain to climb,” with respect to day-to-day issues linked to the economy and labor, as well as foreign policy and national defense. “It is a political luxury to talk about a reshuffle,” he said, according to ANA.
Speaking to MEGA TV about the social and economic situation, Gerapetritis said that “an assessment must now begin of new and smarter measures that take us to a logic of subsidizing employment,” and he underlined that the government’s obligation is to “provide the tools that keep businesses upright”.
