Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis’ briefed President Katerina Sakellaropoulou on the government’s work on Tuesday, which marked exactly one year after winning the national elections on July 7, 2019, a year he called “packed with crises, including that of the coronavirus pandemic,” ANA reports.
Both the president and the premier stressed the importance of EU leaders reaching consensus on the Recovery Fund at the upcoming EU Summit on July 17 in Brussels.
