“The appointment for the vaccination is an appointment for life. We care, we protect ourselves, we get vaccinated,” Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said in posts on his social media accounts on Sunday, accompanied by a video starring popular Greek actors Giorgos Konstantinou and Marou Kontou that urges people to get vaccinated, ANA reports.
According to the general secretary for primary healthcare, Marios Themistokleous, there are currently over 750 vaccination centers throughout Greece and almost 5 pct of the population, or more than 500,000 people, have already been given the vaccine.
