Greek Foreign Minister meets with Croatian counterpart visiting Athens

Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias on Friday noted that the EU report submitted by the institutions on Turkey needs to be balanced, during his meeting with Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman, who is visiting Athens. “It must have proposals both for a positive agenda but also for the prospect of sanctions, in case neighboring Turkey is again tempted to display illicit behavior,” Dendias clarified.
The two officials also exchanged views on regional developments, the prospect of deepening Greek-Croatian cooperation, and highlighted the importance of the TAP natural gas pipeline and its vertical branches, such as the Ionian-Adriatic pipeline.
