“Οver the last days, there has been a de-escalation in hospital admissions, which is a positive sign. I say that because we had a lot of pressure in the last few days, that is, at the end of last week there were up to 240 admissions in Attica per night. This number consistently shows that it is decreasing. There were 175 admissions yesterday and 169 the day before yesterday. If this decline continues in the coming days, it will be a good indicator,” government spokesperson Aristotelia Peloni announced on Sunday in an interview with OPEN TV, according to ANA.
Referring to the opening of activities and whether it will take place on April 5 or 12, Peloni underlined that “the government has already presented to the Committee the framework of its strategy for the next period, on how to proceed with the opening of the market and the restart of the economy and education in a controlled manner and with the use of the self-tests that will be made available free of charge to every Greek at the beginning of April.”
