US Secretary of State Antony Blinken called Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Tuesday to congratulate him by phone for winning Sunday’s elections, starting a second term, ANA reports.
During their talk, Blinken said he looked forward to continuing his cooperation with the new government both bilaterally and in the framework of NATO, while both he and Mitsotakis stressed the need for the maintenance of stability in the East Mediterranean.
