The People’s Republic of China’s Vice Minister of Public Security & Head of National Immigration Administration, Xu Ganlu, visited the Greek Asylum & Migration Ministry on Tuesday, it was reported on Wednesday, ANA reports.
At the ministry, the Chinese official met with Deputy Asylum & Migration Minister Sofia Voultepsi, accompanied by the People’s Republic of China Ambassador to Greece Xiao Junzheng, and a delegation of officials from China.
The two ministers discussed the interrelationship between protecting and integrating refugees, while also preventing their marginalization, radicalization, and delinquency, it was noted in an announcement by the Greek ministry.
