Greece's Island and Shipping Minister visiting Crete after 6.3R earthquake

Greece’s Shipping and Island Policy Minister Giannis Plakiotakis visited Sitia, Crete, on Wednesday in order to inspect the areas affected by yesterday’s earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale. The quake had a focal depth of 8.2 km and occurred in the sea area southeast of Ierapetra, ANA reports.
At 9:00, he will meet with the mayor of Sitia, George Zervakis, at the city hall.
