The World Meteorological Organisation has chosen the climate and water as the central theme of this year’s combined celebration of World Meteorological Day (March 23) and World Water Day (March 22), ANA reports.
The National Meteorological Service is taking part in the celebration of World Meteorological Day 2020, as Greece’s representative to the World Meteorological Organisation. However, all the festivities scheduled for March 23, 2020, at the premises of the National Meteorological Service have been cancelled in line with the general measures for preventing the spread of coronavirus.
