Arta will be the center of attention in Greece and Europe on Sunday, May 11, as visitors and locals will have the opportunity to admire up close the luxury cars of the Ferrari Club – Passione Rossa, the largest Ferrari owners’ club in Italy. Specifically, the Municipality of Arta announced this special event that will take place on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at National Resistance Square, with the aim of promoting the region in Greece and abroad.
“We are honored that the Ferrari Club – Passione Rossa chooses Arta as a stop on its tour. Our goal is to take advantage of this visit so that our city is promoted both in Greece and abroad. With extroversion and dynamic actions, we highlight the natural beauty, Byzantine heritage, and history of Arta”, emphasizes the Mayor of Arta, Christoforos Siafakas, in a statement. The event’s program, will include the following:
- Tour of Ferrari owners to the city’s monuments, such as the Castle, the Parigoritissa, the statue of Pyrrhus, and the historic Bridge of Arta, with the collaboration of the Deputy Mayor of Tourism, Ms. Mary Lygoura.
- Visit Koronisia, where visitors will enjoy the unique natural landscape.
- Drawing competition for students, with award-winning works that will be photographed next to the impressive cars.
- The main event is on Sunday, May 11, where citizens will have the opportunity to see the luxury cars up close and have their photos taken with them.
For his part, the representative of the Ferrari Club Passione Rossa, Paolo Melissano, emphasized that “Arta is a wonderful destination, and we look forward to sharing our experience with the residents.”
