The properties currently managed as single serviced apartment complexes are Nuvia Urban Stay Piraeus and Mediterranean Suites. By the end of 2025, WYNDHAM RESIDENCES PIRAEUS MARINA ZEAS and Nuvia UrbanStay Moschato will be included in management. This is an active portfolio of 218 serviced apartments, which is expected to double within 2026. The properties that DKG Development has developed and is developing are under the LAVISH (Nuvia UrbanStay) brand or with other international brands such as WYNDHAM through relevant agreements.
