The innovative six-month internship program ReGeneration, is held for the 3rd consecutive year in Greece.
ReGeneration is an innovative program of the Global Shapers Athens Hub, a World Economic Forum initiative. The program is addressed to talented graduates from all disciplines that are interested in applying for an internship placement in Greece.
Its goal is to provide the next generation of Greek employees with all the necessary competencies that will help them succeed in the future! ReGeneration is not just an internship and training program, it is a holistic professional and personal development program which offers:
- A 6-month paid internship
- Training
- Community Service
- Mentorship from distinguished Greek professionals
This year, in cooperation with Greek Tourism Confederation’s Institute (INSETE), the program integrates tourism with a further 16 hours training on issues related to the sector.
Tourism enterprises that participate will have the opportunity to recruit their potential high quality graduates staff, save resources in selection process and training as well as enhance their social status by supporting this effort.
