New research has revealed that women would not be seen dead with their partner if they were wearing a tight pair of Speedos, according to the following report by dailymail.co.uk.
In all, it claims, 99 per cent of British women don’t want to see their partner wearing a pair of fitted swimming trunks during their summer holiday.
The survey of 1,000 British holidaymakers, by UK-based beach holiday specialist On the Beach, recorded only one per cent of women would like to see their partner wearing Speedos on the beach, with more than half (51 per cent) saying they preferred to see guys wearing swim shorts instead.
The same survey revealed that the bikini continues to reign supreme for both women and men.
According to the results, more than half of women (51 per cent) go for a bikini on the beach, and more than a third of men (38 per cent) named the two-piece as the beachwear option they’d prefer for their partner.
