The extension of Athens metro line 3 to Piraeus, reaching up to the new station in Nikea, will be ready in early July, Infrastructure, and Transport Minister Kostas Karamanlis announced on Thursday, according to ANA.
Karamanlis said that the hard work will continue and the next target was to meet the second part of the promise for the delivery of the next three stations – Maniatika, Dimotiko Theatro, and Piraeus – and have them ready in 2022.
