The Municipality of Glyfada has announced an open electronic tender for the organization of cultural trips for students who have been admitted to tertiary education.
Specifically, the tender provides for the organization of a trip to cultural and historical sites in Belgium and Paris with five overnight stays for students from Glyfada who have been admitted to tertiary education, in three groups of 54 participants, with daily breakfast served as a buffet at a four- to five-star hotel and one meal per day.
The service will take place from 1 March 2026 to 18 March 2026, specifically for Group A: 1.03.2026 6.03.2026, for Group B: 8.03.2026 13.03.2026, and for Group C: 13.03.2026 18.03.2026.
The total budget exceeds EUR 193,000 including VAT. The deadline for the submission of offers through the National Electronic Public Procurement System has been set for 7 January at 14:00, while the opening of offers will take place the following day.
For valid participation in the contract award procedure, participating economic operators must submit a participation guarantee letter amounting to 2% of the estimated value excluding VAT, i.e. EUR 3,124.65.
In the event that an offer is submitted for one or more lots of the contract, the amount of the participation guarantee is calculated on the estimated value excluding VAT. The contract award criterion is the most economically advantageous offer based on a set of criteria. In order to determine the most economically advantageous offer, the technical offers of the bidders will first be evaluated.
Among the criteria to be assessed is that the buses circulation permits must be from the last two years (EURO 6) for each group, for transport from Glyfada to the Airport and the return, as well as for transportation at the destinations. The leased tourist buses must be in excellent condition in terms of technical status, cleanliness, and travel comfort, comply with the specifications of the Ministry of Transport (KTEO) and the Tourism Service, and be insured at least at the minimum required coverage amount.
