Athens metro lines 1, 2, and 3 and tram trains will not run from 9 in the morning until 12 noon on Tuesday, due to a three-hour work stoppage held by these workers’ unions, ANA reports.
Meanwhile, doctors, nurses, and medical staff in the national health system are also staging a 5-hour work stoppage on Tuesday between the hours of 11 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. They are protesting against the latest bill by the health ministry, which is due for voting in parliament on Tuesday.
