Aegean created a new section in the airline’s Internet site entitled “My bookings” in order to offer its passengers the opportunity to store all upcoming reservations and easily refer to these as they are concentrated in one place.
The aim of the new service is to facilitate the user, to trace his bookings in a simple way and assist passengers who are increasingly using new technology via smartphones and tablets.
«My Aegean» service
The function is available via the «My Aegean» service both for users that have created their personal account, and for those who are registered members of Miles + Bonus.
Moreover, passengers can gain access, either by subscribing to aegeanair.com or by using their Facebook account (Facebook Log In).
Active reservations
After creating their profile, users can automatically see all of their active reservations with a single click at “My bookings” category.
By selecting the desired destination and pressing the “Reservation Management” button, they can be also directed to specific reservations and acquire the ability to easily move to other actions of their choosing.
The new function allows the user to connect through the personal profile, without having to use the name or the reservation code (Passenger Name Record).
