German airlines add flights to Greece

The positive outlook for travel by Germans in 2016 drives most German airlines to add more routes. As far as Greece is concerned, Lufthansa announced the expansion of its summer program for Greece with the addition of flights to Santorini and Corfu in summer 2016 while Germania added second flight a week from Hamburg to Rhodes.

A Lufthansa airlink from Munich to Santorini and Corfu will be held once a week in order to facilitate the passenger’s increase in demand for the Greek islands during the summer. According to the German company, the two flights are expected to operate in mid-May 2016 and will continue throughout the summer.
