Requirements
At least 21 years of age
Arm reach of at least 212cm (on tip toes) in order to reach emergency equipment on all aircraft
Educated to high-school level with strong problem-solving skills
Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are desirable)
Medically fit to meet air crew requirements
Positive attitude with a natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment and when dealing with people from many cultures

Seminar form
Career Day is in the form of a seminar held this Sunday, December 13 in Athens Electra Palace hotel. Male and female candidates will be chatting with Emirates representatives, learning about the company and finding out details about working as cabin crew.
During the seminar, the candidates will have the opportunity to attend a detailed presentation on the role of the Cabin Crew Member and job requirements as well as benefits for working for Emirates Group and living in Dubai.
Immediate employment
According to various press reports, the process may sound ideal, but tests are not easy at all. The next level includes a test to determine applicants’ knowledge in English and a group discussion based on the candidates’ abilities. Those who complete all stages successfully, will have the opportunity to work for the airline, effective immediately.
