Goldair Handling group of companies announced a 3.5% increase in turnover and 6.3% rise in flights for 2015 compared to last year.
The company is forecast to serve over 110,000 flights, 22 million passengers and 40,000 tons of freight in Greece, Bulgaria and Cyprus, by the end of the currnet year.
It also publicized that it has renewed its partnerships with existing customers – Air Baltic, Air France-KLM, American Airlines, Arkia, Emirates, LOT, Primera – as well as added new partners – Corendon Turkish, Dniproavia, Katekavia, Orbest, Royal flight, Royal Wings.
New investments in freight transport
Moreover, it created 82 new job positions this year, bringing the total number of employees up by 19 percent and for 2016, its goals include new investments in freight transport.
The Group currently employs about 3,000 people in Greece and 750 abroad while representing 25 foreign airlines.
