Aegean continues Athens-Lille Flights as Brussels Airport remains closed

Aegean Airlines has announced the cancellation of its scheduled flights to Brussels through March 30 and the continuation of flights to Lille, France, instead. The cancellations follow the Brussels terror attacks last Tuesday.

While Belgian authorities announced that the Brussels airport would be closed until March 29, on Saturday Aegean Airlines announced extra services to and from Lille on March 29 and 30.

In order to assist its passengers and meet their immediate needs, the airline will extend its operations through Lille airport, in France. The distance between Lille and Brussels is 118 kilometers.

For more information, call 801.112.000 (from landlines) or (+30)210.626.1000 (from mobiles) in Greece. For information in Lille, call (+33)1700.31.323. The information number in Brussels is (+32)2753.47.10.

Passengers must also ensure their transport to/from Lille airport on their own means.
