Flight to Cyprus diverted to Athens due to cabin pressure loss

An Everjets flight has turned into a thriller as it was on its way for Larnaca from Thessaloniki, sources said, when it lost cabin pressure on Saturday.

The plane, the same sources said, was flying around Athens’ airspace a little after midday, when it received the all clear to land at Eleftherios Venizelos airport in Athens.

The flight, an Airbus 320, with the number CO729 had left Thessaloniki at approximately 10:25am and was heading towards Larnaca.
